1.Open run prompt
2.enter regedit and press enter
3.It shows list of folders then choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
4. Open the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet \Services\msftesql
5. Rename the value DependOnService to anything
6. Restart the server
7.Restart your fulltext service from services list
